Michael Plowman has twenty years experience as a non profit fundraiser and Executive. In his twenty years he has served as District Executive for the Utah National Parks Council, BSA, Finance Director and Field Director at Utah National Parks Council BSA, Senior Development Director for Clear Horizons Academy, Executive Director for Bridle Up Hope-The Rachel Covey Foundation, Development Director at National Capital Area Council, BSA, Executive Director at the Union Station Foundation, Director of Development at Idaho State University and VP Fund Development for Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Texas.
In his current role as Deputy Executive Director for the Krohn Breakthrough Foundation he oversees day-to-day operations of the organization, Fundraising, Marketing, Finances and programs of the organization. He is a strong advocate for youth development organizations and other non profit work in Utah and beyond. He advocates for responsible, efficient and transparent government at all levels. In addition to his full time work, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Union Station Foundation and the Strategy team for Angel Castillo in her effort to get elected Mayor of Ogden.
He loves to travel, play golf, spend time with family and cook.
