Chapters are the bedrock of UTRU. UTRU chapters guide the organization’s advocacy and outreach efforts and the work chapters do create on-the-ground changes in the communities they serve.

Chapters can be based on geography, transit types, specific routes, or common interests, and UTRU will provide chapters with the support they need to start, maintain, and grow.
