UTA does not seem to understand that is a public service and needs to service the public. They created transfer times that are either impossible, such as a train arriving and bus leaving at the exact same time or too long to be convenient. UTA created this problem between the northbound Red line and northbound 217 at West Jordan City Center. It does not matter what time of the day since both the TRAX and 217 both have 15 minute frequencies. AND NOW THEY HAVE ELIMINATED COURTESY WAITS!!!!!!! THEY CREATED THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE ELIMINATED THE SOLUTION! WOULD YOU CONSIDER THIS A PUBLIC SERVICE ORIENTATION?
